And it's your chance to really shine and contribute to one of the world's most recognized brands and a beacon for engineering excellence.Position Summary:This is a central role leading projects within the dedicated task force of DeliveryWorks, who is chartered to diagnose and permanently fix the root causes behind chronic delivery failures. As a Technical Program Manager, you will own end-to-end initiatives within a portfolio of projects from problem definition through corrective action closure, serving as the primary integration point across programs, supply chain, planning, procurement, quality, engineering and manufacturing.What you will be doing: Serve as the central point of accountability for the assigned delivery improvement initiatives: charter, governance, and outcomesManage a portfolio of active and potential improvement projects, taking accountability for the schedule, milestones, risk, and regular reporting of progress.Convene and run recurring task force reviews with cross-functional leads (planning, procurement, quality, manufacturing, engineering) to drive issues to closure - not just status updatesMaintain communications with stakeholders including status reporting to senior stakeholders as defined in the project governance structure for the assigned projectsManage project changes, such as cancelling projects or changing scope of projects to react to changes in directionEscalate systemic or cross-functional blockers to leadership with clear options and recommendationsValidate that implemented fixes eliminate recurrence through follow-up auditsInstitutionalize permanent fixes into standard work - updated planning parameters, supplier requirements, or process controls - so the task force can eventually stand downSupport and/or lead communities of practice across the global DeliveryWorks program management teamBasic Requirements:Associate degree with 7+ years of engineering experience and program/project management experience, ORBachelor's degree with 5+ years of engineering experience and program / project management experience, ORMaster's degree or higher with 3+ years of engineering experience and program / project management experience, OR9+ years of engineering experience, and program / project management experience in lieu of a degreeTo be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S.

CitizenPreferred Requirements:Significant experience in manufacturing or industrial engineeringProficient understanding and experience in manufacturing process control and aerospace quality standards/processesBasic knowledge and understanding of external supplier management processesBasic understanding of engineering configuration management processes Strong track record driving cross-functional accountability without direct authority - this role must move people to closure, not just track themComfortable dealing with ambiguity and complex environmentsExcellent communication skillsOur vision is to ensure that the quality and dynamism that shaped our history continues into our future.
