As a Technical Service Trainer you localize and develop engaging product service training material, developed by EMEA central training team. The Service Technical Trainer is responsible for delivering targeted and effective virtual and face-to-face training programs for new Service Partner technicians, as well as driving the continuous development of existing Service Partner teams!
Apply now! key responsibilities Apply adult learning principles in virtual and in-person environments to design training materials and select appropriate instructional methods (e.g., individual training, group sessions, lectures, demonstrations, workshops, and blended learning form Conduct training sessions covering areas such as on-the-job training, use of tools and equipment, IT software, interpersonal and sales skills, quality and process topics, and product knowledge.
Monitor and report on the progress of technicians and employees during training periods. Analyze consumer feedback (NPS, CSAT, CStar ratings, and customer reviews) to identify training needs and improve performance. Ensure effective use of the E-Lucid training platform and completion of training programs by all participants. Train Service Partners and their teams on handling consumer claims, providing SOCX, and understanding updates in policies, procedures, regulations, business initiatives, and technologies.
Deliver remedial and follow-up training when needed. Identify training needs and design/implement programs to address them. Support technicians in resolving complex technical issues. Provide technical guidance to consumers while acting as a liaison with internal teams. Collaborate with field technicians on complex cases and escalate issues where necessary. Promote knowledge sharing, field training, and technical development within the team.
Functionally, be part of the Peace of Mind Sales & Services local team, reporting to the CS&S Manager. Operationally, collaborate within the cluster training team, working closely with Product Trainers and Factory Quality teams, and participate in all relevant meetings and training sessions. Deliver effective and engaging training programs for Service Partners, Technicians, back-office teams, front-line consumer service agents aiming to create effortless consumer experiences, strengthen brand loyalty, and drive profitable growth.

Previous experience in troubleshooting Major and Small Domestic Appliances will be considered a plus. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent command in English and Greek (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
