Technical Support We are working with a brilliant company based in Leeds, they have a role in Technical Support and are looking for someone to join their team. The Technical Support Team is the first point of contact and they work hard to deliver an excellent support experience.
Main responsibilities of the role are : – Answering incoming customer calls and responding to live chats Responding to and managing support tickets via Zendesk Owning assigned tickets and keeping customer information of progress • Accurately logging all queries and issues on the ticketing system Providing remote support while following documented processes Guiding customers through solutions and training materials, promoting self-service where appropriate Building strong knowledge of our products and services Contributing to support documentation and knowledge base content Working towards individual and team KPIs The Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Skills: Technically minded with a strong ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues A logical and confident problem-solver Friendly, warm, and customer-focused A strong team player with a “one team” mentality An attentive listener with clear communication skills Keen to learn, develop, and grow in a technical support role What You’ll Get From The Company: An peronalised scorecard; designed around supporting your development and progression Documented Monthly 121s Progression and Career conversations/planning A competitive salary Private healthcare Pension scheme An extra birthday treat; your birthday off work!
