Customer Care Manager – Southwest London & Midhurst, West Sussex Southwest London & Midhurst, West Sussex | £55,000 package, including £4,500 car allowance | Hybrid working is available, with home working available after probation Hunter Dunning is working with a residential developer to appoint a Customer Care Manager across two residential developments in Southwest London and Midhurst. You will oversee quality inspections, handovers, defect resolution and the customer journey across high-end residential conversions.
Your Experience At least 5 years’ relevant management experience Practical knowledge of construction processes Previous team management experience Strong communication and organisational skills Clean driving licence Housebuilding customer care experience is preferred Experience of listed buildings, site-based construction and cost management would be beneficial What You’ll Get £50,500 salary £4,500 car allowance Total package of £55,000 Hybrid working Home working available after probation If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
