Career Opportunity: Technology Product Owner -- NAR Integration We're seeking a seasoned Technology Product Owner (Integration) to lead the end-to-end integration architecture and delivery for a large-scale core banking and channel modernisation programme across multiple subsidiaries. ? Key Responsibilities Own and govern integration patterns (API, event-driven, file-based) and maintain the integration blueprint.
Drive alignment across subsidiaries, ensuring consistent interface design and adherence to enterprise standards. Lead portfolio strategy, balancing technical debt, upgrades, and innovation. Build and sustain a high-performance team with modernised skill sets. Ensure resilience, compliance, and risk management across integration assets. Oversee disaster recovery, ITSM practices, and total cost of ownership optimisation.
Champion continuous improvement, transformation initiatives, and culture-building efforts. ? Qualifications & Experience Advanced Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or Engineering. Preferred certifications: TOGAF, SAFe, Project Management (PMI/Prince II). 11+ years of experience, including 6--7 years in management. Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver enterprise-scale technical capabilities.
