Job Advert Temporary Lecturer - Hairdressing £43,402 - £52,247 Per Annum, Pro Rata Up to 35 hours per week Coatbridge Campus Temporary until November 2026 With experience in Hairdressing, the successful candidate(s) will have the necessary skills to support the learning, teaching, assessing and development of this curriculum area, within an exciting and dynamic discipline. Qualified to HNC level (SCQF Level 7) in Hairdressing, with current industry experience.

You must have sound understanding, knowledge and occupational competence of the subject area. You must possess excellent communication, digital and organisational skills and have the ability to motivate and encourage students by adopting innovative methods of learning and teaching, in a classroom setting or virtually. Possession of a teaching qualification, assessor and/or verifier units and experience in delivering and developing the subject curriculum within further education would be advantageous.
