Hounslow Children's Speech and Language Therapy Service is a large well integrated team. We are committed to supporting staff in developing their skills and expertise. In support of the above the role includes the opportunity to be involved in training and supervision of staff as well as service development.

The senior leadership team works closely together to continue to shape and develop the service, alongside other leads in Children's Therapy Services e.g. physiotherapy and occupational therapy. The Hounslow Speech and Language Therapy Team are seeking a passionate and experienced therapist to join as our Lead for Dysphagia. We are looking for a therapist who has significant experience and is autonomous in providing care to babies, children and young people with dysphagia.

The post also includes a small caseload of preschool children with complex speech, language and communication needs.
