Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $22–$24/hr + $2.75 shift differential Shift: 3rd shift, Monday–Friday 11pm–7am.

Must be willing to work overtime, including 1 to 2 weekends (Saturday and Sunday) at least 1–2 times a month. You’ll be: 	 Reading production schedules to determine machine changeovers and runs. 	 Ensuring sufficient inventory for production and starting/stopping machine operations using control panels.

	 Aligning and fastening machine parts, threading film, and adjusting temperature, speed, and flow rates. 	 Observing machines and products to detect defects and making necessary adjustments. 	 Recording production quantities and performing quality control checks. 	 Consulting with Team Leads and technical staff, and making required machine changeovers. 	 Handling materials and operating forklifts/fork trucks as needed; performing heavy lifting up to 65 lbs.

	 Cleaning machines between runs and following hazardous material handling requirements. 	 Using computer equipment to print run sheets and labels, and performing QA testing. 	 Assisting other departments and operators as needed, cross-training and adapting to new tasks. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: 	 Have a high school diploma or GED (required). 	 Possess experience in a manufacturing environment and/or mechanical aptitude (preferred).

	 Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, sound judgment, and basic computer skills. 	 Are willing to learn, flexible to work in other departments, and open to cross-training. 	 Can adapt to a demanding work environment and are comfortable working overtime and some weekends. 	 Are physically able to stand, walk, lift/move up to 65 pounds, and complete respiratory clearance exams as needed.
