TikTok Shop Affiliate Operations Coordinator (remote)

Role Overview We are seeking a TikTok Shop Affiliate Operations VA to support our growing TikTok Shop team with creator scouting, vetting, affiliate operations, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and affiliate creators and can use both content quality and performance data to identify creators with strong sales potential. Key Responsibilities Creator Scouting & Vetting: Research and evaluate creators based on brand fit, content quality, audience alignment, and sales potential.

Affiliate Operations: Manage the creator workflow from outreach and sample requests through posting and performance tracking. Performance Analysis: Use metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, posting rate, and other TikTok Shop data to prioritize high-potential creators and identify top performers. Content Research: Review creator videos and identify high-performing content that can be used for advertising, remarketing, or driving product sales.

Brand Alignment: Understand the brand, products, and marketing objectives when evaluating creators and their content. Maintain organized creator lists, requests, and performance tracking to support an efficient affiliate program. Qualifications Hands-on TikTok Shop Seller Center and affiliate experience preferred. Experience working with TikTok Shop creators, affiliates, or influencer marketing. Comfortable reviewing and interpreting creator performance metrics and sales data.

Strong research, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. Good judgment when evaluating creators and content for brand fit and revenue potential. Able to work independently and efficiently manage a high volume of creator requests. Work arrangement and schedule Remote M-F, US Pacific office hours
