This ongoing night shift assignment begins ASAP (orientation on March 27, 2026) with strong potential for long-term or permanent placement. Work independently in a supportive critical access hospital environment with onsite respiratory therapy and no ICU. Housing options available. Job Responsibilities: • Provide overnight inpatient coverage for adult patients • Manage admissions, treatment plans, and discharges • Handle cross-coverage responsibilities during night shifts • Collaborate with onsite clinical support staff • Ensure accurate and timely documentation Qualifications: • NP or PA with Acute Care certification preferred • Active Vermont license required • Comfortable working independently at night • Intubation skills preferred but not required Working Hours: • Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM • Initial coverage: March 28–29, 2026 (ongoing needs) • Open availability preferred Skills: • Inpatient hospitalist experience • Strong clinical decision-making • Independent night coverage capability • Patient management and care coordination
