The Programme Manager will lead the effective planning, delivery and evaluation of Surrey and Sussex Training Hubs programmes that support the development of the primary care workforce. Working across the Training Hubs, Primary Care Provider Collaboratives and Integrated Care Boards, the post holder will provide programme leadership, coordinate workstreams and maintain robust oversight of delivery, quality, finance, governance, risks and benefits., The role will build strong partnerships, use data and insight to inform decisions, and provide clear reporting to senior leaders and governance groups.
The post holder will identify opportunities for collaboration and innovation, prioritise programmes at risk of non-delivery, and ensure activity remains aligned with local and national workforce priorities while achieving value for money and measurable impact., Training Hubs are integral to NHS Englands core purpose of supporting the delivery of excellent healthcare and health improvement to patients and the public through ensuring the primary care workforce of today and tomorrow are trained in the right numbers, have the necessary skills, NHS values and behaviours at the right time and in the right place as described.
