Description: Transport Agent (Dispatcher) Holcim Aggregates & Concrete Ltd Workplace: Morges To complete our distribution team for the French-speaking Switzerland region, we are looking for a Transport Agent (Dispatcher) at our Morges site General mission: Ensure transport scheduling, organisation of deliveries and pumping, while guaranteeing optimisation and availability of the vehicle fleet What awaits you: Daily planning of transports, deliveries and pumping Order taking and transmission to production sites Continuous monitoring of vehicles and deliveries Ensure availability of vehicles internally as well as with external partners Ensure collaboration and proper transmission of information with various departments Compliance with road traffic law (LCR+OCR), schedules and overtime Your profile : Road transport agent with federal certificate (an advantage) Truck driver CFC or equivalent CFC (an advantage) Training in concrete technology (an advantage) Previous experience in transport planning and/or in the concrete industry Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP, ordering systems, Google, Google Drive, etc…) and ease in learning new systems Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organisational and planning skills Excellent level of spoken and written French (C2) Knowledge of German and/or English an advantage At Holcim (Switzerland) Ltd, we live a culture of diversity and inclusion.
