We want to appoint a knowledgeable, experienced school leader who shares our values and commitment to ambition, excellence and community for all our young people - and staff - to lead and drive the trust's strategy for inclusion across our (currently) 5 very different secondaries and 5 primaries. Someone who is agile and adaptable to work with and across schools in different phases and at different stages of development to build credibility. It is a role which is immensely varied, ethically central, intellectually stimulating, professionally exciting and challenging, in a context where you will be working with dedicated and expert school leaders and a central trust team, in an organisation which has wide experience of setting a vision and building from the ground up - including a highly successful free school and an equally successful Teaching School Hub.
