We are looking for an enthusiastic NMC-registered nurse to join our friendly and highly skilled TB nursing team. As a valued member of our tri-site TB service across Charing Cross Hospital, Hammersmith Hospital, and St Mary's Hospital, you will provide high-quality care to both adults and children, in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Apply now and help us shape the future of TB services at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust! Manage a designated caseload of adult and paediatric patients. Collaborate with the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA), pan London Find & Treat services, and other TB services across London.

Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care aligned with NICE guidelines and the National Collaborative TB Strategy. Promote public health and raise TB awareness within both clinical settings and the wider community. You will provide specialist nursing expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for patients with suspected or confirmed TB, whilst supporting their families and carers.

Working both autonomously and as an integral member of a multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to achieving local and national TB targets through effective case management. Your role will involve overseeing the care of a designated caseload, including contact tracing, screening, and participation in Cohort Review This is a varied role requiring flexibility, including community-based work such as home, school, or workplace visits to carry out assessments, phlebotomy, and Directly Observed Therapy (DOT).

You will also play an active part in staff education and service improvement, contributing to audits, supporting team development, and delivering ward-based teaching. In collaboration with senior nursing colleagues, you will be involved in initiatives that enhance the TB service and improve outcomes across our diverse patient population.
