UKG Pro WFM Integrations Consultant Remote | Ad Hoc Contract | Approximately 5 Hours Per Week | 4-Month Engagement $100 to $115/hr (DOE) The Opportunity Our client, a leading global manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced UKG Pro WFM Integrations SME to provide specialized technical expertise supporting an important enterprise initiative This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned UKG integration consultant seeking a flexible, ad hoc engagement where deep UKG Pro WFM and integration expertise can make an immediate impact Daily Responsibilities Supporting UKG Pro WFM integrations with JD Edwards and related downstream systems Analyzing and mapping Time and Attendance, labor, and Job Costing data Troubleshooting integration issues, data discrepancies, and interface errors Reviewing integration requirements and identifying potential gaps or risks Supporting integration testing and data validation Collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to resolve integration issues Providing technical guidance and integration expertise as needed Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM integrations Deep experience with UKG Time and Attendance and workforce data Proven experience integrating UKG with JD Edwards Experience with Job Costing integrations and labor data Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, APIs, file-based integrations, and error handling Ability to independently troubleshoot complex integration issues Strong communication and collaboration skills Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Nice-to-Haves Multi-company rollout experience Mergers and acquisitions or systems consolidation experience Manufacturing workforce experience Experience with union rules, cost center allocations, or complex labor calculations Understanding of Workday integrations Why this Opportunity?
