An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the Cheshire and Merseyside Rehabilitation Network as a data administrator. The post holder will play a key role in supporting the collection, management and reporting of rehabilitation outcome data for The Walton Centre's Network Hub and Spoke Units through the UK Rehabilitation Outcomes Collaborative (UKROC) database.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely collection, accurate input and maintenance of patient outcome data, helping to support service performance monitoring, national reporting requirements, audit activity and continuous quality improvement. The role requires excellent attention to detail, strong IT and database skills, and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams across the rehabilitation network.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience of data management and reporting who wishes to contribute to the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services across Cheshire and Merseyside., Maintain the UKROC database by ensuring the timely collection, accurate entry and ongoing validation of rehabilitation outcome data. Monitor data quality and escalate any issues that may impact service delivery, reporting requirements or database integrity.

Support the completion of mandatory monthly returns and ensure reporting deadlines are achieved. Produce and distribute standard and ad hoc reports to support operational management, service development, audit and performance monitoring activities. Communicate effectively with members of the multidisciplinary team to obtain, verify and share information relating to rehabilitation outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to high standards of data quality, governance and audit readiness.
