At Zurich, we don’t just cover, we care In this role, you’ll help shape the future of our Financial Lines portfolio across New Zealand by identifying opportunities for growth and supporting a strong, customercentred underwriting culture.

You’ll play a key role in strengthening Zurich’s presence in the market, building trusted relationships, and contributing to a profitable, sustainable portfolio You’ll also collaborate closely with our Liability team to support the growth of this line of business, ensuring underwriting decisions are grounded in sound judgement, aligned with guidelines, and delivered with care for our customers and partners You will also be responsible for the following: Provide underwriting capability to support the growth of the Financial Lines portfolio Support the development and expansion of the Liability line of business across New Zealand Build and maintain strong market relationships to position Zurich as a leader in the field Contribute to planning, continuous improvement, and business development activities Use underwriting tools, technology and insights to deliver high Operate within agreed guidelines and timelines to meet performance objectives You’re someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, builds genuine relationships, and brings a curious, solutions focused mindset to your work.
