Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our established Immediate Care team at our Ridge Road location in Channahon. You'll care for patients of all ages, treat a broad range of illnesses and injuries, and help ensure families throughout our growing communities have access to high-quality care close to home. Your Impact Provide timely, patient-centered care for patients of all ages Evaluate and treat a broad range of acute illnesses and minor injuries Perform common urgent care procedures including suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, and foreign body removal Help patients receive the right level of care close to home while reducing unnecessary Emergency Department visits Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and hospital-based specialists to provide coordinated care Schedule & Scope Full-time Immediate Care position at our Ridge Road location in Channahon Every-other-weekend rotation required No call responsibilities Care for patients across the lifespan in a fast-paced, procedure-oriented setting On-site laboratory and X-ray services Access to advanced imaging, Emergency Medicine, Radiology, and specialty services throughout the Morris Hospital system Occupational Medicine services are part of the practice Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary + productivity and quality incentives Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer $10,000 annual student loan repayment assistance $6,000 annual CME and professional expense allowance 6 weeks paid time off + CME time Comprehensive BCBS health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plan with employer match Relocation assistance available Qualifications Master's or Doctorate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Eligible for Illinois APRN licensure DEA certification or eligibility BLS, ACLS, and PALS DOT certification required prior to start Comfortable with suturing and common urgent care procedures Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or similar acute care experience preferred If you're looking for a role with clinical variety, strong support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to hear from you.
