Job Title: Urgent Care Physician (BC/BE) Location: Erie, PA 16504 Duration: 6+ Months with possible extension Pay Rate is Negotiable Requirements Current, full, and unrestricted medical license in the U.S. (any state/territory/DC) Board Certified or Board Eligible in relevant specialty Current BLS and ACLS certification (or equivalent) Ability to comply with medical staff policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols Key Responsibilities Provide urgent care evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records on the same day Stabilize patients and arrange transfer when higher-level care is required Provide discharge instructions and patient education Follow medication safety policies (no sample medications) Participate in quality improvement, safety reporting, and staff meetings
