Position Highlights: Join a dedicated outpatient clinic (off-site from hospital) with 2 physicians + 1 NP Provide comprehensive care across the lifespan , from pediatrics to geriatrics OB is optional , allowing you to tailor your scope of practice Collaborate within a mission-driven, Catholic healthcare system Access to basic lab services and in-office procedures Participate in clinical teaching with Family Medicine residents if desired Maintain a full-time schedule in a clinic focused on accessibility and continuity Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation (highly preferred) Structured onboarding and continued physician support Ideal Candidate: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Holds or is willing to obtain an Indiana medical license Certified in BLS and ACLS or willing to obtain DEA license or eligibility required Must have experience working with patients of all ages (peds–geriatrics) EPIC EMR familiarity preferred Must be COVID-19 vaccinated Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates Not accepting locums or candidates who have applied directly Compensation & Benefits: Starting base salary: $240,000–$260,000 + production incentives Student loan repayment assistance Relocation assistance Malpractice coverage including tail insurance Health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance 27 days off per year , plus 7 paid holidays 5 CME days + $3,000 CME allowance $3,000 for journals, dues, and memberships Comprehensive retirement benefits
