Position Summary We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join a well-established and growing practice in Dothan, Alabama. This role offers a balanced mix of outpatient clinic and surgical procedures, supported by strong referral volumes and modern facilities. The incoming physician will treat a wide range of urologic conditions in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage general urologic conditions, including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and urologic cancers Perform surgical procedures (open, laparoscopic, and/or robotic as available) Provide both outpatient care and inpatient consults/procedures Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for coordinated care Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and imaging Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality initiatives Qualifications MD/DO with completion of Urology residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Eligible for Alabama medical licensure Open to new graduates and experienced physicians Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + productivity incentives Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, retirement) Malpractice coverage CME allowance + paid CME time Generous PTO and professional expense reimbursement Access to modern ORs and advanced surgical technology Looking forward to connecting.
