This position offers a great blend of clinic, OR, and daytime hospital responsibilities with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule. Physicians will work alongside an experienced support team in a recently renovated urology practice. No nighttime or weekend call is required. 📅 Schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM 1-hour lunch Ongoing coverage Mix of clinic, procedures, OR, and daytime hospital coverage No night or weekend call When covering daytime hospital call, responsibilities include: Hospital rounds Consults OR cases Occasional urgent clinic needs Upcoming Coverage Dates December 21 at noon – December 24 December 28 – December 31 at 3:00 PM January 18–22 February 15–19 March 1–5 March 22–26 April 12–16 April 26–30 May 10–14 May 24–28 June 7–11 June 14–18 🏥 Clinical Details General Urology 40–70 patients/day Adult patient population — no pediatrics Urology office with 9 exam rooms 3 procedure rooms Hospital has 73 beds Epic EMR Special procedure: Ureteroscopies OR and clinic responsibilities Experienced, long-tenured staff 👥 Support Team 3 Medical Assistants 1 LPN Surgical scheduler 3 front-office staff Practice manager ✅ Requirements MD/DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC Letter of Qualification Active PA license or IMLC LOQ required at submission DEA required Minimum 3 years of experience listed; new graduates may also be considered Epic experience preferred Temporary privileges may be available for candidates with a clean file Strong general urology skills 🌟 Why Consider This Opportunity?
