Job Responsibilities: • Provide 24-hour on-call urology coverage for inpatient and ER cases • Manage general urologic emergencies and consults • Perform necessary procedures and interventions as required • Coordinate care and transfer complex trauma cases to tertiary facilities when needed • Document patient care accurately using EPIC EMR • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure high-quality patient care Qualifications: • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology • Active Pennsylvania Medical License (Required) • Valid DEA License • Minimum 5 years of urology experience • Strong expertise in general urology and emergency care • Clean credentialing file for expedited processing (temps available) Working Hours: • 24-hour call coverage (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM) • Typical Schedule: • Friday 7:00 AM – Monday 7:00 AM • Alternate option: Friday 5:00 PM – Monday 7:00 AM • Coverage includes approximately 2 weekends per month + holidays • Start Date: May 8, 2026 (ongoing contract) Skills: • Strong clinical expertise in general urology • Ability to manage emergency and inpatient cases independently • Effective communication and coordination skills • Experience working in on-call hospital settings • Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
