Quick Facts Location: 50 Leroy Street, Potsdam, NY 13676 Start Date: 10/05/2026 End Date/Duration: 04/05/2027 Shift: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Schedule: Full-time preferred, but options for split coverage (e.g., 2 providers covering 1 full-time position) Hours per Week: 40 hours Employment Type: W-2, locum or part-time flexible arrangements available Licenses/Certifications: NY Medical License, BLS, Board Certified in Urology (US residency required) Experience: Prior outpatient and consult experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $444.60 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable What You’ll Do Provide outpatient urology consultations, follow-up care, and post-op management Perform a variety of bread-and-butter urology procedures and minor surgeries Manage inpatient consults and coordinate care with hospital staff Participate in scheduled clinic hours and call coverage, flexible based on provider availability Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR system Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a Level III Trauma Center setting Manage adult patients (18+), with limited robotic procedure availability What You Need Valid NY Medical License Board Certified in Urology (US-based certification) Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred Proficiency with Epic EMR system Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and handle a diverse caseload About the Assignment This opportunity is with a well-established hospital in Potsdam, NY, equipped with a dedicated outpatient unit featuring four exam rooms.

The facility primarily handles outpatient care, with inpatient consults, procedures, and post-op rounding as needed. The team currently includes a full-time provider, nurses, and support staff, ensuring a collaborative environment.
