Quick Facts: Location: York, PA Start Date: 09/14/2026 End Date: 12/14/2026 Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday–Friday) Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract/Temporary License/Certs: PA License or IMLC, DEA, BC or BE in Urology Experience: Minimum 1 year in Urology Pay & Benefits: Hourly Pay Rate: $443.43/hr Pay package discussed upon application Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Robust referral bonus program and dedicated support team What You’ll Do: Provide outpatient clinical care and perform urological procedures such as cystoscopy, ureteroscopy, prostate procedures, and vasectomy reversal (not mandatory) Handle 24-hour call coverage for emergent situations Supervise and collaborate with APPs including new nurse practitioners Support patient management for adult populations, with occasional pediatric support for emergency cases Assist with robotic surgeries using existing OR facilities and equipment Manage follow-up care and outpatient consultations Maintain documentation within EPIC EMR system What You Need: Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Urology Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC license in process DEA registration Minimum of 1-year relevant clinical experience Strong knowledge of urological procedures and patient care management About the Assignment: This assignment is at a reputable healthcare facility in York, PA, combining outpatient clinics with hospital-based surgical procedures.
