Quick Facts Location: Santa Rosa, CA (500 Doyle Park Drive) Start Date: ASAP End Date/Duration: Permanent position Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekday onsite hours), call 7-10 days/month (beeper call, after hours & weekends) Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours/week Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent License/Certs: CA State license preferred; Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) within 3 years Experience: Prior urology experience preferred but not required Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (please note, pay package will be discussed upon application) Benefits: Competitive salary Medical insurance options Malpractice coverage Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth What You’ll Do Provide specialized urology care focusing on female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction Perform patient evaluations and diagnostic assessments Assist with procedures and treatments specific to pelvic floor and female urology cases Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document clinical findings accurately in medical records Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive care Maintain knowledge of current advancements in urology practices What You Need Required: Valid California State license or eligible to obtain license Certification or experience in urology, especially female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction preferred Prior clinical experience in urology or related specialty Preferred: Experience working in outpatient clinic or hospital setting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and assessment skills About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Santa Rosa, California, dedicated to providing comprehensive urology services, with a focus on female urology and pelvic floor health.
