--- QUALIFICATIONS • Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Urology. • Residency training in urology. • Eligibility for medical licensure in Kentucky. • Interest in operative and outpatient urologic care. • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary surgical environment. --- COMPETENCIES • Ability to manage a broad range of urologic conditions in clinical and operative settings.
• Skill in performing urologic procedures, including minimally invasive and technology‑assisted techniques. • Effective collaboration with surgeons, advanced providers, and clinical staff. • Commitment to patient‑centered specialty care. • Capacity to support a high‑volume practice with structured call responsibilities. --- WORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENT Work Environment: Hospital; Inpatient; Outpatient; Clinic/Private Practice; Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) • Surgical practice supported by dedicated urology teams and efficient operative workflows.
