About the team: The Automation Maintenance team ensures the reliable operation and upkeep of Central Fill Automation Equipment, supporting seamless business functions.

This team manages maintenance schedules, coordinates repairs, and oversees vendor partnerships to optimize facility performance. Focused on continuous improvement, predictive maintenance, and regulatory compliance, the team drives cost efficiency through effective budget and resource management. Collaboration with key stakeholders and data-driven decision-making are central to their approach, maintaining high standards of facility repair and maintenance while minimizing disruptions and supporting overall business objectives.

What you'll do... Lead facility maintenance operations ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards across Health and Wellness Non-Store locations.Oversee vendor management, including performance monitoring, contract negotiation, and quality assurance to optimize service delivery.Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to enhance facility reliability and reduce operating expenses.Manage budgets, track key performance indicators, and recommend operational improvements to support organizational goals.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure seamless workflow and issue resolution.Coach and delegate tasks effectively to build team accountability and operational excellence.
