In this role, you'll design and lead studies across the product lifecycle-discovery, concept testing, and iterative usability testing-using interviews, surveys, and usability evaluations. You'll translate findings into clear recommendations, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and engineers.

Responsibilities Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative UX research across web and mobile products Translate research findings into insights, personas, and journey maps that inform product strategy Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define research questions and priorities Design and manage usability tests, concept evaluations, and iterative prototype testing Synthesize data into clear reports and presentations for technical and non-technical stakeholders Advocate for user-centered design and help refine UX metrics and success criteria Partner with analytics teams to combine behavioral data with primary research Support continuous discovery practices within cross-functional product teams Required Skills User research planning Usability testing Interviewing and facilitation Survey design and analysis Mixed-methods research Persona and journey map development UX metrics and experimentation Data synthesis and reporting Prototyping and UX tools (Figma, Sketch, XD) Stakeholder communication
