Position Highlights Join an established vascular surgery program alongside one full-time vascular surgeon Monday-Friday schedule with 4 dedicated OR days and 1 clinic day each week Vascular-only call with a 1:2 rotation covering a single facility Two dedicated vascular operating rooms and a new outpatient clinic located directly across from the hospital Collaborative support from cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, orthopedics, general surgery, and 24/7 surgicalist coverage Dedicated vascular labs supported by an experienced technical team Practice Details Approximately 30 clinic patients per day Average 4-7 vascular surgical cases per OR day No general surgery call responsibilities Opportunity to grow procedural volume within an established hospital-employed practice Compensation & Benefits $550,000 Year 1 guarantee plus RVU production $55 per RVU after 10,000 RVUs $65 per RVU at full production Negotiable sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, residency/fellowship stipend, and mortgage support Eight weeks of paid time off, CME allowance, retirement plans with employer match, full malpractice coverage Qualifications Board Eligible or Board Certified in Vascular Surgery Comfortable managing a high-volume clinic and operative practice Interest in growing procedural volume within a hospital-employed model Collaborative approach to multidisciplinary patient care Live Near Nashville Practice in a growing regional community with convenient access to Nashville, Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Atlanta.
