Offering a salary in the region of £50,000–£70,000 , this is a particularly attractive opportunity for a vet looking for a 30-hour working week across just 3–4 days , no OOH and a supportive environment without clinical or financial targets.

The Practice This is a busy and well-established independent small animal practice that has been caring for pets in North London since 2011.

The practice remains owned by members of the team working within it rather than a corporate group, with a strong emphasis on providing appropriate, individual patient care without sales targets or pressure to recommend unnecessary treatments. You'll be joining an established three-vet team alongside experienced nursing and support colleagues. The practice has built a loyal client base and places considerable importance on continuity of care, clinical freedom and creating a friendly working environment.

There is also additional clinical expertise within the team, including a senior vet with a Master's degree in Oncology, while specialist orthopaedic and soft tissue procedures can be performed within the practice. Arc Vet Centre Facilities & Equipment The practice is exceptionally well equipped for an independent first opinion clinic, with facilities including: • Digital radiography.

The practice is looking for an experienced vet who is confident managing their own cases and enjoys the clinical freedom associated with genuinely independent practice. There are no targets and no pressure to sell products or services . The focus is simply on allowing clinicians to use their professional judgement and provide the care they believe is appropriate for each patient.

Arc Vet Centre Rota & Work-Life Balance The position offers an excellent working pattern: • 30 hours per week. • Hours spread across 3 or 4 days . • 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. • No OOH.
