This role is located in Harlow, Essex. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in large-scale data center operations.
Significant experience leading operations in a 24x7 data center or other mission-critical infrastructure environment. Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including compute, network, storage, power, environmental controls, and structured cabling. Demonstrated experience in incident management, change governance, and operational risk management within a regulated environment. Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional activities, making timely and risk-informed decisions during high-impact events.
Experience managing third-party vendors, onsite activities, and access controls in security- and compliance-driven environments. Strong knowledge of audit readiness, control frameworks, and regulatory
