Job Title: Video and Podcast Production Coordinator Location: Remote - Candidates MUST reside in CST/EST Contract: 12 months Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day video and podcast production activities, including production planning, scheduling, project coordination, and content organization. Assist with managing multiple video and podcast projects simultaneously while helping ensure deadlines and production milestones are met.
Coordinate with producers, writers, editors, Cleveland Clinic health experts, and other stakeholders to support content development and production workflows. Schedule video interviews and podcast recordings, manage calendars, and assist with production logistics to help ensure a smooth experience for all participants. Maintain organized records and archives for completed video and podcast assets, supporting efficient file management and content retrieval.
Assist with content publishing, distribution, and promotional efforts across appropriate channels. Provide administrative and project support to help deliver high-quality video and podcast content aligned with Cleveland Clinic marketing and communication goals. Required Qualifications Education : Associate's degree in Marketing , Communications or Media production - Required Bachelor's preferred Experience : Entry level - New grads welcome
