At the Safran Helicopter Engines subsidiary in Fareham, UK, we are offering a VIE placement as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will : Lead implementation of Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Reporting, and Business Intelligence solutions. Participate in the "Chapter Data Analyst" community in line with the corporate digital strategy. Ensure best practices of Data Analysis are upheld within the Company in conjunction with the corporate Data office.

As part of DIGITAL COORDINATION, you will: Promote digital transformation and participate in the company's digital engagement. (possibly with company "chapter digital international") Identify, understand, and synthesize operational needs in digital and data domains. Support initiatives, conduct preliminary studies, and monitor project execution. Help teams integrate and comply with the D3S Process.

Serve as a relay between corporate and IT teams responsible for transformation/project management and operational teams (including change management support). For DATA GOVERNANCE : Contribute to the development of data repositories, data quality and data cataloging activities. Participate in data governance projects aligned with the corporate digital strategy. Other missions : May lead and/or participate in cross-functional continuous improvement projects for the company Strong sense of customer service, commitment to deadlines and deliverables Technical, mathematical, analytical, statistical, algorithmic skills; data visualization & reporting tools.

Knowledge of the business and associated data. - (for internal candidate only) Business acumen and ability to interpret business needs - external candidates Power BI, Excel, SQL Proactive approach and independence - ability to propose solutions and continuous improvements Analytical and synthetic thinking. Desirable: Preferred ability to combine data from multiple sources for analysis. SAP knowledge is highly desirable Preferred knowledge of Python Comfortable with generative AI.

Very good communication, organizational, coordination, and presentation skills Good interpersonal skills as you will work with both IT and operational staff. Ability to manage cross-functional projects in a changing environment and involve/coordinate relevant stakeholders.
