Good knowledge of restaurant and food service procedures. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.

Customer-oriented, hardworking, reliable, and service-focused. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Good attention to detail and accuracy when taking and serving orders. Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.

Knowledge of food safety, cleanliness, and proper hygiene practices is an advantage. Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide accurate information about food and beverage offerings. Take customer orders accurately and communicate them promptly to the kitchen or service team. Serve food and beverages according to established service standards.

Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and presented properly. Provide attentive and courteous customer service throughout the dining experience. Respond to customer questions and requests professionally. Address customer concerns and coordinate with supervisors when necessary. Maintain clean, organized, and properly arranged dining and service areas. Set up and clear tables before and after customer service.

Ensure tables are properly stocked with necessary service items. Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely service. Follow proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation procedures. Handle tableware, glassware, utensils, and service equipment carefully. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned. Follow company policies, service procedures, and workplace safety standards.

Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude at all times. Support other restaurant operations and perform additional duties as assigned by management.
