Supervises daily warehouse, receiving, shipping, storage, inventory-control, and Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T) operations for Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Property Management and Supply Chain Operations (PMSCO). Directly leads Logistics Specialists and other assigned warehouse personnel supporting Government-Managed Property (GMP), Government-Furnished Property (GFP), third-party property, and Government-directed equipment and material.

The role manages workforce performance, task assignments, facility readiness, storage capacity, material-handling resources, compliance, and mission priorities. It ensures Government property accountability, inventory, reconciliation, LTDD and FLIPL support, property disposition, records management, transportation coordination, audit readiness, safety, and environmental compliance. As required by our governmental client, this position requires an active SECRET clearance to be considered or the ability to attain one .

A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. Compensation & Benefits Estimated Starting Salary Range for Warehouse Receiving Manager: ** Although this is not yet an approved position, we are accepting applications for this future and anticipated need.

The applicable salary range will be posted promptly upon award of the contract and once funding for the position has been determined. Warehouse Receiving Manager Responsibilities Include Supervise Logistics Specialists and assigned warehouse, receiving, shipping, transportation, and material-handling personnel.

Set work priorities; assign daily, recurring, surge, and project-based work; monitor completion; and maintain operational coverage during core hours and mission-critical events. Provide direct oversight of Government property accountability, records management, inventories, Inventory by Exception (IBE), reconciliations, LTDD research, FLIPL support, disposition documentation, audit support, and transportation coordination.

Manage warehouse and receiving operations at assigned MDA locations and ensure facilities are clean, safe, secure, organized, environmentally compliant, and mission ready. Direct receipt, inspection, acceptance, identification, storage, issue, movement, shipment, transfer, and disposition of Government property. Ensure deliveries are validated against purchase orders, bills of lading, DD Form 1348-1A, and other applicable documentation.

Document damage, shortages, overages, and discrepancies. Ensure personnel maintain accurate property and logistics records in IMS, BMC Helix, ELMS, the DoD IUID Registry, PIEE, DLA ETIDS, and other Government-approved systems. Oversee Logistics Product Data collection, validation, and maintenance, including asset identification, serial numbers, manufacturer information, location, acquisition data, classification, and other accountable-property data.

Ensure at least 98% accuracy for Logistics Product Data recorded in IMS. Ensure accountable property is identified and marked in accordance with Government procedures and MIL-STD-130, including asset IDs, UIIs, human-readable information, barcodes, and two-dimensional matrix markings. Plan, schedule, and oversee physical inventories; annual capital-asset inventories; biennial inventories; IBE activities; reconciliations; and contract-closeout inventories.

Investigate inventory variances and ensure timely submission of inventory reports and corrective-action information to the APO and COR. Direct corrective actions for unaccounted-for, damaged, excess, or improperly recorded property. Oversee LTDD reporting, research, docum
