Warehouse Associate Responsibilities Pick, label, and prepare finished goods for customer orders Pack products securely to prevent damage during shipment Perform put-away functions using a tablet-based Warehouse Management System (WMS) Conduct assigned cycle counts and inventory checks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse Operate warehouse equipment such as manual pallet jacks Report out-of-stock items, inventory discrepancies, and low stock levels to supervisors Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned Warehouse Associate Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Minimum 1 year of warehouse or related experience preferred Experience with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required Experience using scanners, scales, and inventory management software is a plus Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent math, organizational, and time-management skills Computer literacy required, including data entry and system navigation Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
