If you hold an accredited Counterbalance FLT licence and a full UK driving licence, we want to hear from you! 🚜 The Role as a Counterbalance Forklift Operative, you will be responsible for the safe movement of goods and materials across the warehouse and production areas. Your duties will include: Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently Loading and unloading deliveries Moving stock and materials around the warehouse and production areas Carrying out goods-in and goods-out duties Checking incoming and outgoing goods for damage and accuracy Booking stock in and out using warehouse systems Moving pallets and materials to allocated storage locations Picking and preparing stock for dispatch Loading vehicles and ensuring goods are secured correctly Supporting stock checks and maintaining accurate stock records Working closely with warehouse and production teams Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment Following all health and safety procedures Supporting with general warehouse duties when required ✅ What We’re Looking For ESSENTIAL: Accredited Counterbalance FLT licence Full UK driving licence Recent and confident forklift operating experience Previous warehouse, logistics or manufacturing experience Experience with goods-in and goods-out Good understanding of warehouse health and safety Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude Good attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team DESIRABLE: Flexi/Reach/Pivot steer FLT licence Experience using warehouse management or stock control systems Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
