High-Level Order Picker – Rugby Location: Rugby Job Type: Full-Time | Temp to Perm Working Days: Monday to Friday We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Rugby for an experienced High-Level Order Picker to join their busy warehouse team. The Role As a High-Level Order Picker, your main responsibilities will include: Operating a High-Level Order Picker safely and efficiently Picking stock from high-level racking Using a scanner to accurately pick and locate products Ensuring orders are picked correctly and on time Working safely at height and following warehouse procedures Meeting daily productivity and accuracy targets Keeping your work area clean and organised Reporting any stock or equipment issues to your supervisor Supporting the wider warehouse team when required Pay & Progression First 2 weeks: £12.71 per hour during training After training: £13.71 per hour , subject to satisfactory performance Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate Requirements Valid High-Level Order Picker/MHE licence is essential Previous experience operating a High-Level Order Picker Reliable and punctual Good attention to detail Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Good attitude and strong work ethic Monday to Friday | Full-Time | Temp to Perm If you have the relevant experience and a valid licence, we would love to hear from you.
