We're looking for a Website Executive to help improve and develop wrenkitchens.com across kitchens, bedrooms, home offices and other living categories. This role sits between Marketing, Digital, Product and IT. You'll take ideas and business problems, work out the right solution and turn that into clear requirements for designers and developers. You don't need to be technical, but you do need to understand websites, customer journeys and how digital changes can improve performance.
This role is based at Barton-upon-Humber with hybrid working available up to 2 days per week. What Wren offer, Work with teams across Marketing, Ecommerce, IT and Commercial to understand what needs improving. Review website journeys and identify opportunities to make them better. Turn ideas and problems into clear requirements, user stories and briefs. Support new features and website changes from initial idea through to launch.
Work closely with UX, design, development and QA teams. Use data and customer behaviour to support decisions and priorities. Test new functionality before launch and make sure it works as intended. Review performance after launch and identify what we should do next. Keep an eye on what other brands are doing well digitally and bring useful ideas into Wren. You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System., We're open on background.
You might already work in digital marketing, ecommerce website management, analytics, product or project delivery. What matters more is how you think. Understand how websites and digital customer journeys work. Are commercially minded and interested in what drives customer behaviour. Can take something complicated and make it simple. Ask good questions and get to the root of a problem. Are comfortable working with creative and technical teams.
Are organised, curious and happy getting into the setail. Use data to support your thinking rather than relying on opinion. Want to learn quickly and take on more responsibility. Experience with analytics, CMS, Jira, UX CRO or testing tools is useful, but not essential. Wren Kitchens are not only passionate about kitchens, we are passionate about our people!
