Key Responsibilities: As a Welsh Teacher based in Newbridge, your daily duties will include: Delivering engaging Welsh lessons that motivate pupils across all key stages. Planning and preparing high-quality, stimulating curriculum content aligned with school standards. Supporting pupils’ language development and fostering a love for Welsh language and culture. Contributing to the school’s professional learning programme and collaborative team environment.
Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful as a Welsh Teacher, you will need: A teaching qualification (e.g., QTS or equivalent). Experience teaching Welsh in a secondary school setting. A passion for the Welsh language and culture, with the ability to inspire pupils. Mandatory compliance with an Enhanced DBS Check and relevant safeguarding training.
