• You will closely monitor the installation of ventilation and technical systems on site. • You will act as the point of contact for installers and subcontractors and ensure smooth collaboration. • You will coordinate day-to-day activities and monitor the progress of projects. • You ensure that the planned work is carried out within the agreed deadlines. • You will work closely with the project manager to monitor the quality of the installations.
• You will support installers and subcontractors with technical or practical queries. • You will identify problems on site and actively contribute ideas for efficient and feasible solutions. • You ensure thorough work planning for your projects. • Among other things, you draw up materials lists and make other practical preparations. • You combine office work with time spent on site and are regularly out and about.
• You roll up your sleeves and get stuck in where necessary.
