Job Description We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager to serve as the primary fiscal and grant operations resource for the WIC program, providing leadership, technical guidance, and oversight of grant administration, budgeting, financial reporting, contract management, and local agency support. This position will be Full-Time and Needs confirmation: Remote, Onsite, or Hybrid location details .

What You'll Do Serve as the primary contact for fiscal and grant-related technical assistance across the WIC program Provide oversight, education, and guidance regarding grant applications, contracts, invoicing, reporting, and grant administration activities Develop, maintain, and disseminate business-related policies, procedures, and operational guidance Monitor local agency expenditures, reimbursement claims, and financial performance to ensure compliance with funding requirements Support budget development, forecasting, resource planning, and program development initiatives Assist in preparing USDA progress reports and other required funding reports Participate in grant and funding application development, including grant writing and resource development activities Serve as a technical consultant to state and local agency staff regarding financial, contractual, and regulatory matters Develop and deliver financial and programmatic training for local agency personnel Maintain knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations impacting the WIC program Build and maintain strong working relationships with local agency personnel and external stakeholders Collaborate with program leadership and finance teams to support strategic objectives Supervise and guide WIC Business Team members Chair the WIC Budget Committee and coordinate committee activities Participate in management meetings and cross-functional program initiatives Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Need Required: Bachelor's degree in federal grant administration, finance, budgeting, management, evaluation, program development, or a related field Experience with federal grant administration Experience with budgeting and financial management Experience with grant writing and resource development Experience administering and monitoring contracts Knowledge of the Indiana WIC program Knowledge of federal, state, and local WIC laws, regulations, policies, and procedures Knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls Experience with budget forecasting, financial reporting, and program monitoring Leadership experience, including team supervision and development Project management experience Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures Strong technical analysis, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities Experience developing and delivering training programs Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills Strong organizational skills and atte
