As our Woodlands Student Skills Coach you will: Supervise the Woodlands Halls of Residence Study Group. Provide students with a high level of support needed to achieve their programme of study. Focus on and take a role in the achievement of high individual student attendance and success rates, meeting or surpassing the relevant targets for each in conjunction with the Student Tutors and International Student Support Officer and the Accommodation team.

Experience of delivering learning advice to students in a 1:1 or group situation. Ability to meet the demands of challenging behaviour. Ability to communicate to a diverse range of people at all levels verbally and in writing. Local Government Pension Scheme, with the Group contributing 15% of your actual pensionable pay. 25 days annual leave, increasing to 28 days in line with continuous service / 30 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and college closure days over the Christmas period which are not deducted from annual leave entitlement (paid as part of the salary for Term-Time-Only roles).
