New opportunity for a Workforce Specialist to join a very busy international hospitality company based in North JHB. As Workforce Planner you’ll be responsible for planning, monitoring, & optimising workforce operations to ensure optimal staffing, scheduling, & resource allocation. This role supports organisational efficiency by analysing workforce trends, forecasting staffing needs, assisting with budgeting & implementing workforce management tools & best practices.
Key Responsibilities: · Forecasting & Planning · Scheduling · Real-Time Monitoring: · Reporting & Analytics · System & Compliance Management Requirements: · Quick starter, ideally 2nd October · Must have minimum Grade 12 & Bachelor’s degree in business management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) · 2 - 4 years’ experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or operations support · Previous experience within a call center environment.
Salary Package: R30 000 + medical contribution + pension
