Daytime Host/Hostess Ice CreamPart Time Hourly – Estimated pay range $17.25 to $18 depending on qualifications and experienceMust be at least 18 years and older Position Description:Host/Hostesses interact directly with customers at the service bars and provide assistance by answering product questions, offering recommendations, weighing and pricing product ordered by customer at service bar in the Ice Cream Department.
Your day-to-day: • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and answering questions• Selecting, packaging, and pricing products ordered by customers at the service bar• Clean equipment including ice cream machines • Coffee and Ice cream only: operate cash register and receive payment in various forms• Maintain a clean and organized work area • Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations while preparing and serving products. • Assist in maintaining and restocking cases • Assist in other duties, as assigned Qualifications: • Entry level position; no prior experience required • Safely use tools and equipment used in the daily operation of department• Great customer service• Good oral communication What you bring to the team: • Great work ethic• Problem solver• Self-motivator• Flexible Schedule- Looking for Daytime hours during the week and weekends • Honest Working Conditions: • Requires frequent walking, standing, reaching and bending, with occasional lifting up to 40 pounds• Requires repetitive motion of arms and hands
