About the Job The Employee Experience (EX) Assistant will work directly with the EX Coordinator to help build engaging initiatives and foster a positive workplace environment. Key responsibilities include driving and executing planned activities aimed at strengthening employee engagement and mitigating attrition. The ideal candidate possesses strong execution capabilities, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative team mindset.
We are seeking an enthusiastic learner who thrives when taking on new challenges. As an Employee Experience Assistant, You Will… Execute activities and initiatives defined within the EX program globally and locally. Coordinate and host virtual and on-site engagement events. Monitor department purchases and reconcile them against the allocated budget. Elaborate purchase orders (POs) and handle the legalization of process expenses (including petty cash, corporate credit cards, and advance payments).
Procure, track, and manage inventory for prizes and rewards. Provide operational support for campus and virtual events on Saturdays and one Sunday per month. As an Employee Experience Assistant, You Need… High school diploma or equivalent required; University or College Diploma preferred. Relevant work experience, formal education, or a combination of both. Prior event experience is not required, though an eager learning mindset is essential.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, intermediate Excel) and Canva. Solid organizational, planning, and execution abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proven track record of collaborating effectively within team settings and working independently with minimal supervision. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and positive professional attitude.
