Here are your primary responsibilities: Electrical Systems Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical equipment including motors, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, VFDs, lighting, and power distribution systems.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults in low- and medium-voltage systems. Interpret and work from one-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical drawings. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance in accordance with maintenance procedures and schedules. Instrumentation Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot field instrumentation including: Pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters Control valves, valve positioners, actuators, and solenoids Analytical and detection instruments Perform loop checks and instrument functional testing. Document calibration and maintenance activities in the CMMS.
Process Control & Automation Maintain and troubleshoot plant process control systems including DCS, PLCs, HMIs, and associated I/O. Support control loop performance through testing, tuning, and optimization to improve process stability and reliability. Troubleshoot control strategies, logic, interlocks, and permissives during startups, shutdowns, and process upsets. Perform I/O verification, loop checks, and funct
