About the Role The Technical Implementations Analyst (TIA) will be engaged on new client Managed Service Provider (MSP) implementations and is accountable for elements within the process and technology work stream of the project. The TIA is responsible for planning and driving process and technical related activities necessary to reach implementation objectives including the internal coordination of tasks with a project plan and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. What You Will Do In this role, the TIA will work closely with the Project Manager, all departments and customers serving as a facilitator, planner, data analyst and problem solver as needed. Working independently and with minimal supervision, the TIA will work on multiple implementations of medium to large scale.
Highly developed skills in complex relationship management, conflict resolution and problem solving are required. This position involves travel up to 35% both domestically and internationally. Cross Functional Interaction with Executive Leadership Team Provides organizational level guidance and leadership Approve process and gain acceptance from leadership Provide organizational level strategy Conduct strategic company org structure resource and budget planning Set internal and external partnerships up for success at the executive level What You Will Need Job Functions and Duties In conjunction with the Project Manager and Technical Implementation Manager (TIM) designs, recommends and configures the overall client technical workflow ensuring business requirements are met.
Partners with the Project Manager and TIM and technical subject matter experts to develop the detailed technical process flow, business, architecture, integration requirements and decision points for the VMS solution Leads and coordinates efforts to collect, validate, analyze and prepare client data for configuration and load into the VMS system. Data management activities include and are not limited to identifying gaps, anomalies, formatting, and data scrub. Works cross-functionally and communicates with the Project Manager, TIM, training team, client services team, and client appointed data contacts.
Owns and maintains the VMS configuration workbook throughout an implementation cycle, scrubs final data, builds load files and QA’s all data both pre and post load. Communicates data content findings to the TIM and/or Project Manager to keep implementation stakeholders engaged Configures test environment(s) to support solution sign-off (implementation phases) and configures and supports test sites to accommodate UAT and integration testing as needed.
Performs data quality assurance validation for both uploaded and manually entered data touchpoints as related to the test and prod configuration Reviewing/ contributing to meeting agendas and reviewing/ taking meeting minutes Reviewing and updating project documentation, including but not limited to the project plan, RAID log, cutover plan, process flows, business requirements document using MS Office tools, Smartsheet and SharePoint Supports the employer of record and supplier onboarding workstreams in partnership with the workstream leads and the Project Manager Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Experience implementing, administering, and configuring third party VMS systems including VNDLY, Fieldglass, Beeline, and IQN Experience with managing large data sets Web-based technical knowledge and VMS or Staffing Industry experience.
Experience configuring, testing and solutioning large, complex, multi-country MSP implementations utilizing various VMS technologies Experience of managing stakeholders Ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines,
