In this role you'd own a portfolio of major brands and sit with the people asking it - CMOs, heads of insights, senior marketers. Your job is helping them turn what they learn into decisions about where the money goes. No direct reports.
You own the accounts and you own the number, and renewals and expansion come out of doing the work well rather than chasing them. What you'll be doing Owning a portfolio of major brand clients. You lead the relationship and you're the person they call when the decision is hard Taking a messy marketing problem from a CMO and handing back a clear answer with the data behind it Finding growth in your accounts, showing the client what Resonate can do about it, then working with Sales to close the expansion Running QBRs that prove what the work produced and set up the next quarter Watching adoption and usage closely enough that you see a renewal problem coming months out, not weeks Keeping your Salesforce forecast honest.
The relationship work only counts if the number is real Representing Resonate in front of clients and at industry events What we're looking for You'll need 5+ years in account management or customer success in SaaS, data, or MarTech A record of renewing and growing six and seven figure enterprise accounts You can hold your own in a room with a CMO and be useful in it The ability to tie what we do to a number the client can measure A habit of turning complicated marketing problems into a recommendation someone can act on Forecasting and account planning discipline.

The people who do well here pull in Sales, Product, and Customer Success instead of working around them.
